条款与条件
本条款适用于您对本网站的使用以及与 Zenefit Assistive Technology Pty Ltd 达成的每一笔报价和订单。条款的制定以尊重——绝不凌驾——您的法定权利为原则。
About these terms
This website is operated by Zenefit Assistive Technology Pty Ltd, trading as ZENEFIT ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the site, requesting a quote or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We may amend these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time of your quote or order applies to it; we will give reasonable notice of material changes on this page.
Quotes, pricing and orders
- This website is not an online store and no payment is collected online. A contract is formed only when we issue a written quote and you accept it.
- Prices are shown in $. Website prices are indicative and subject to availability and confirmation; the quote is the binding price.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Assistive-technology and medical-supply items are GST-free where the applicable Australian rules allow; delivery, installation and service fees include GST unless your quote states otherwise. Every invoice separates GST-free and GST-applicable items.
- If a website price or description contains an obvious error, we will tell you before confirming anything — you are never charged the wrong amount without being asked.
- We may decline an order where a product is out of stock, the delivery address is outside our service area, or the item is not suitable for the intended user. Suitability always comes before sale.
NDIS-funded orders
- We support plan-managed, self-managed and NDIA-managed participants. Quotes and invoices are formatted for plan managers and the NDIA portal.
- Funding approval always rests with you, your plan manager or the NDIA. A quote from us does not guarantee that a support will be funded under your plan.
- We adhere to the NDIS Code of Conduct in all dealings with participants, whether or not we are a registered provider, including acting with respect for individual rights, and with honesty and integrity.
Information only — no medical advice
Please read
All content on this site — product descriptions, sizing guidance and answers from our chat assistant — is general information only. It is not medical, therapeutic or clinical advice, and it cannot replace assessment by a qualified health professional.
Suitability of any equipment for a particular person is confirmed with our team and, where appropriate, with your occupational therapist or other treating health professional, before an order is finalised.
Delivery and installation
- Large items (hospital beds, mobility scooters) are delivered and installed by our own technicians at the address you provide.
- Delivery fees and timeframes are confirmed in your quote. Timeframes are estimates given in good faith; we will tell you promptly if they change.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes on payment in full.
Returns and refunds
- Change of mind: unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom-made or custom-sized items, hygiene-sensitive items (such as cushions, mattresses and bathroom equipment once unsealed) and used items cannot be returned for change of mind — this is permitted because these exclusions do not affect statutory rights.
- Faulty, damaged or not-as-described items: your remedies under the Australian Consumer Law (section 7) apply in full and are not limited by the exclusions above or by anything else in these terms.
- To arrange a return, contact us before sending anything back so we can organise collection of large items.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law — Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) — including that goods are of acceptable quality, fit for any disclosed purpose and match their description, and that services are provided with due care and skill.
- For a major failure, you may choose a replacement or a refund (for goods) or cancel the service and receive a refund for the unused portion.
- For a minor failure, we will repair the goods or re-supply the service within a reasonable time.
- You are also entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by a failure.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Every limitation in these terms operates only to the extent permitted by law.
Warranties and liability
- Manufacturer warranties apply as stated on each product page and quote (typically 12–36 months). They operate in addition to your ACL consumer guarantees, not instead of them, and we service what we sell in-house, including after warranty expiry.
- We are responsible for defects in products and services we supply. We are not responsible for loss caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification or failure to follow sizing and usage advice.
- To the extent permitted by law — and never so as to reduce your ACL rights — our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service concerned.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
The content, images, logos and code on this site belong to ZENEFIT or our suppliers and may not be copied or reused without permission.
You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping or bulk data extraction, no attempts to breach security, no use of the forms or chat for unlawful, misleading or abusive purposes.
